We URGENTLY need junior/middle "IT Solution Analyst (Data Analyst Specification) "

Requirement:

• Bachelor/Professional Degree in Engineering: Computer/Information/Tech/Science/Math or relevant.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Solution Analyst, Data Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Data & Query Skills: Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, subqueries, data mapping, and performance tuning).
• System Knowledge: Experience with Oracle EBS (or another enterprise ERP system) is strongly preferred.
• ETL Knowledge: Solid understanding of ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and data warehousing concepts.
• Core Skills: Strong root-cause analysis, documentation skills, and clear technical communication.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design : Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specs, process workflows, and data maps.
• Data Analysis: Write advanced SQL queries to analyze large datasets, troubleshoot data issues, and validate system fixes.
• Data Integration : Help design and optimize ETL data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
• System Support : Work with Oracle EBS (or similar ERP systems) to maintain data integrity and improve process efficiency.
• Testing & Support : Conduct data testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and assist business users with technical adoption.
