Information Technology Supervisor

Job Title: Information Technology Supervisor
Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift Timings: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM PST
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full-Time and Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise IT operations supporting teams serving US-based clients.
• Manage IT infrastructure, system security, user access, and technology assets.
• Monitor employee systems and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
• Track IT team KPIs, performance, and service delivery standards.
• Oversee troubleshooting, system maintenance, software updates, and business continuity processes.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Administration, Infrastructure, or Network Management.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows environments, and networking.
• Experience managing IT teams, cybersecurity controls, and endpoint compliance.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
