Essential Duties:

• Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and (optionally) Linux operating system
• Own the end to end user lifecycle management process, including onboarding/offboarding
• Provide continuous administration and support for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, ensuring availability, security, and optimal user experience.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter
• Utilize basic PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and follow security best practices, including monitoring and troubleshooting security-related issues.

Top Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related technical role
• Experience with both windows/ Mac OS and nice to have (Linux)
• Microsoft 365 admin experience
