Information Technology Support Analyst

SHR Talent is partnering with a client in Nashville, TN in its search for a Support Analyst. The Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to all technology needs for the Company's employees which includes, but is not limited to, hardware, software, meeting setups, audio and video setups, printers, network connectivity, mobile devices, and office phones. As the Support Analyst, you will routinely travel to the Company's remote locations to provide on-site support as well as provide after-hours support, and work with vendors as needed.

A successful candidate for the Help Support Analyst role is someone who has good communications skills, strong customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities:

• Answer IT Help Desk phone calls
• Track all requests in ticketing system
• Install hardware and software as needed and troubleshoot issues
• Set up equipment for internal and external meetings, and audio and video conferencing sessions
• Image and profile computers
• Configure mobile devices to receive the Company's emails, contacts, and calendar events
• Replace toner in all printers and copiers
• Track loaner equipment
• Troubleshoot and configure office phones

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, but not required
• Experience working in a law firm is a plus, but not required
• 2+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows 2010
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange Console and Windows Active Directory
• Experience with network infrastructure devices such as hubs switches and servers
• Experience conducting remote assistance and working with remote network access programs such as Citrix and Cisco AnyConnect VPN
• Experience with imaging software such as SCCM
