Information Technology Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support to retail outlets and HQ.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to POS systems, computers, printers, tablets and other IT equipment.
• Assist with installation, setup and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity issues.
• Attend to IT support requests from retail outlets and follow up until issues are resolved.
• Provide on-site support at retail outlets when required.
• Conduct regular checks on IT equipment at retail outlets.
• Assist in IT-related projects, system upgrades and new outlet openings.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Maintain records of IT equipment, assets and service requests.
• Assist with user account setup, access rights and basic system administration.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, F&B or POS systems will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, hardware, software and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent IT issues.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets when required.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm

May be required to work after office hours, weekends or public holidays for urgent IT support or outlet opening projects.
