What they need
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer/End User Support with 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, desktop, hardware and on-site support.
Key Skills:
- Fluent Polish & English – Mandatory
- Laptop, Desktop, Printer & peripheral troubleshooting
- Windows, Mac & Linux OS support
- O365, Outlook, Teams and standard application support
- Basic LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN & RDP
- Networking hardware & Smart Hands support
- Conference room/AV and basic VoIP troubleshooting
- MDM, VDI and SCCM/LANDesk knowledge
- Incident & Service Request management and SLA handling
- ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ticketing tools
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
