Information Technology Support Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing IT Equipment delivery across Maxicare Clinics.
• Maintain an up to date IT Asset inventory.
• Observe and document back procedures.
• Document recurring network or IT operation issues for review.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by the IT Supervisor based on ongoing projects, priorities, and learning opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, and any related programs.
• Available to work 4–5 days per week (hybrid setup).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
