Information Technology Support Specialist

This is a one week project located onsite in Marianna, FL.

Job Description:

We are seeking a team of Tier 1 Associates to assist our client with an Active Directory migration. You would be supporting the team members in a local Distribution Center for our client. The support would include end-user devices (laptops/desktops/handhelds) and Microsoft Enterprise Apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and others).

Job Duties:

* Verify and establish connectivity between the in-scope devices and the designated environment, ensuring the migration team has the access required to perform migration activities.

* Confirm that in-scope devices and agents successfully check in to the environment and remain reachable to the remote migration team throughout the migration window.

* Where a user reports an email or handheld device issue, re-establish the device's connection to the environment so the remote migration team can perform their tasks.

* Provide local, on-site support to facilitate migration activities, including device access, physical or local troubleshooting steps directed by the team, and confirmation of device state.

* Coordinate with end users at the device level to support connectivity, agent availability, and reconnection, enabling the team to complete migration and technical work remotely.

* Identify and escalate agent or device connectivity issues to the migration team, supporting timely handoff so they can resume migration and remediation activities.
