Pay: ₱25,000.00 - ₱30,000.00 per month

IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable technical support to employees and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Handle IT service requests and incidents within established SLAs.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
• Maintain IT hardware and software inventory.
• Perform system updates, patches, and software installations.
• Document issues and resolutions through the ticketing system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD , and common business applications.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi .
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Good to Have

• IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL.
• Experience with cloud environments and collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, network switches, firewalls, VMware, and servers.

Work Setup

• Office-based.
• Willing to be assigned to Tandang Sora, BGC Taguig, or other business entity locations .
• May require occasional after-hours or on-call support.
• Reports to the IT Manager .
