Information Technology Support Specialist

The candidate MUST have recent, proven, and demonstrative skills in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Metric Intelligence and Health Log Analytics as well as using flow designer for automated remediation use cases. The consultant should be able to speak to the business impact and benefits of the AIOps components in relation to stated use cases.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Phase 1 AIOps use cases.

• Configure and optimize:

• Event Management

• Metric Intelligence

• Health Log Analytics

• Event correlation

• Impact analysis

. CMDB

. Service Mapping

• Configure anomaly detection for:

• CPU utilization

• Memory utilization

• Disk utilization

• Support root cause analysis workflows.

• Validate monitoring integrations and event sources.

• Configure service dependency and impact visibility.

• Support event-noise reduction initiatives.

• Participate in testing, validation, and outcome demonstrations.
