Information Technology Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for hardware, software, applications, and network-related issues
• Manage and resolve service requests and incidents , including hands-on troubleshooting
• Perform installations, upgrades, maintenance, and workstation setups , including monitors, docking stations, and Ethernet connections
• Manage IT hardware and accessory inventory , including ordering equipment for new hires, current employees, and refresh cycles
• Perform quarterly CSV updates for Kyocera scanner email addresses and the Sine by Honeywell visitor registration system
• Document solutions for common issues and contribute to knowledge management and continuous service improvement (CSI) initiatives

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with IT asset and configuration management
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Service Request Management)
• Ability to communicate technical issues effectively to non-technical users
• Experience with hardware/software installation and maintenance
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
