Information Technology Support Technician

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, maintaining, and upgrading hardware, software, operating systems, network connectivity, printing issues, and computer performance.
• This work can be done at the user’s location or via remote desktop assistance.
• Perform computer imaging and deployment of equipment to users.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related IT experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience imaging workstations using Microsoft SCCM/MECM
• CompTIA A+ certification
