Role : IT Support (Installation Specialist)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Installation Specialist to handle on-site setup and support of Medical devices across healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically skilled, and comfortable working in dynamic healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel for device installations.
• Install and configure the medical device.
• Ensure correct placement of mats for accurate performance.
• Set up and troubleshoot basic networking (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers).
• Test systems and resolve installation issues.
• Provide basic training to on-site staff.
• Maintain documentation of installations and service reports.

Requirements:

• Willingness to travel.
• Experience in hardware/equipment installation.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
