• Role: IT Support Specialist / Level 1–2 Help Desk
• Location: St. Paul, MN – Fully onsite
• Duration: Contract role
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Rate: $ 25 - 45/hr (Depends on skills)
• Key Skills: Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop support, hardware, networking, and ticket management
• Nice to Have: VMware or banking/credit union experience

You’ll support approximately 100 local users, troubleshoot technical issues, resolve support tickets, and assist with daily IT operations.
