Information Technology Support Technician

Akkodis is seeking a IT Support Technician for a contract with our client located in Denver, CO (onsite)

Pay Range: $20/hr. - $21/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of onsite IT technical support experience or a degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AV equipment, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Surface Hub, Polycom, or Barco ClickShare.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, hardware, printers, applications, and network connectivity.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing, SLA management, and IT asset management.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience supporting VIP users and onsite meetings.
