What they need
- Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, or in person, resolving hardware and software.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals with Performing routine system maintenance and patching.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and standard operating procedures in the knowledge base.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams (infrastructure, security, or vendor support) as needed.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies.
- Support audio/visual and conferencing equipment for meetings as required.
- Endpoint & OS support : Strong troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Identity & access management: Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, user permissions, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Endpoint management: Experience with MS Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE UEM or similar tools for managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Networking & infrastructure : Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, VOIP, firmware updates, and hybrid IT environments.
- Security & compliance: Ability to support GPO, AppLocker, antivirus/EDR, device encryption, least-privilege access, and security incident reporting.
