As an IT Trainee, you will build technical, professional, and consulting capabilities. You will work alongside experienced professionals while developing the skills required to contribute effectively to client projects and business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support internal infrastructure activities including tech support, analysis, development, testing, documentation, and deployment.
• Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to address business and technical challenges.
• Work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to TCS quality standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and business needs.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.

Skills & Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of Windows and network technologies.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
• Understanding of databases, cloud platforms, or cybersecurity is considered an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in structured training and continuous learning programs.
• Availability to work on-site environment.
