Overview

Are you passionate about technology and helping others build valuable digital skills?

We are seeking an Information Technology Trainer to join our growing team. In this role, you will support learners by delivering engaging digital skills training and helping individuals develop the practical technology competencies required for today's workplaces.

You will play an important role in supporting our employability programmes and contributing to the development of Kematim Academy, our expanding training initiative focused on digital literacy and workforce readiness.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging digital skills training sessions to individuals and groups.

Develop and deliver structured learning materials covering workplace digital tools and technology.

Support learners in building confidence with commonly used workplace technologies.

Assist in developing training content aligned with workforce and employability needs.

Monitor learner engagement and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.

Work collaboratively with internal teams and partner training providers to coordinate training delivery.

Stay updated with emerging workplace technologies and incorporate them into training where relevant.

Assist with the organisation and scheduling of training programmes and workshops.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience delivering IT or digital skills training.

Strong understanding of common workplace technologies and digital tools.

Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners with varying levels of digital literacy.

Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.

Experience supporting learners from diverse educational or cultural backgrounds is desirable.
