Responsibilities:

• Act as the main technical contact for clients regarding Informix databases and related services.
• Coordinate DBAs, infrastructure, networking, application, and support teams.
• Monitor service performance, incidents, risks, and SLA compliance.
• Lead service reviews, communicate changes, and follow up on agreed actions.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Identify operational risks and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate capacity planning, backups, recovery, and service continuity.
• Maintain accurate technical and operational documentation.

Requirements:

• Experience in database administration, support, or operations.
• Solid knowledge of IBM Informix architecture, monitoring, backups, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SQL and relevant operating systems.
• Ability to interpret logs, performance metrics, and database issues.
• Experience in IT service management and client-facing technical coordination.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Technical English proficiency.
