Position: Infosys Finacle Business Analyst

Location: Europe-based (remote / flexible), with collaboration across international teams

Mission Context

• Support a major core banking implementation for a leading banking client

• Act as a key interface between the bank and Infosys, ensuring the Finacle implementation meets business expectations

• Play a critical role in challenging, validating, and guiding the vendor to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery

• Work in an international environment, collaborating with stakeholders across Europe and offshore teams in India

• Ensure that business requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions and properly implemented

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Act as a point of contact between business teams and Infosys consultants

• Review and challenge functional specifications and system configurations delivered by Infosys

• Ensure the solution is aligned with business processes and banking standards

• Support testing phases (UAT), validation, and issue resolution

• Facilitate clear communication between onshore stakeholders and offshore teams

• Monitor progress and help ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the implementation

Technical Requirements

• Proven experience with Infosys Finacle implementation in a banking environment (mandatory)

• Strong Business Analysis expertise (requirements gathering, documentation, validation)

• Solid understanding of core banking systems and processes

• Experience working on large-scale IT transformation or core banking projects

Expertise

• Ability to work independently and represent the client’s interests with the vendor

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination

• Comfortable working in complex, international, and multi-vendor environments

• Understanding of banking operations, products, and workflows

Languages

• Fluent English (mandatory)
