Infra Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, manage, and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. The role involves server administration, networking, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, security, monitoring, backup, and troubleshooting.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure and networking technologies and be capable of handling complex technical issues independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure, and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Manage Windows and Linux servers, including installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Manage enterprise networking infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and WAN/LAN.
• Monitor network and server performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, user accounts, permissions, and authentication services.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure security controls, firewalls, access policies, and system hardening.
• Manage backup, restore, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Perform infrastructure capacity planning, performance optimization, and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot critical server, network, storage, and connectivity issues.
• Participate in infrastructure migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and SOPs.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure-related issues.
• Lead and support infrastructure incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Ensure infrastructure availability, reliability, security, and compliance with company policies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior infrastructure and system administrators.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
