What they need
Core Responsibilities:
Technical Operations & Maintenance:
- Manage all electromechanical systems, utilities, and technical assets during shift duty
- Lead engineering team in executing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) programs
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and defects
- Maintain equipment history cards, check-sheets, and logbooks
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and validation of new installations
Electrical Engineering:
- Review and approve electrical designs, drawings, and specifications for MV/LV systems, UPS, and generators
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and regional standards
- Lead root-cause analysis for electrical faults and implement preventive solutions
Reporting: Property Manager / Technical Manager
Property type - Commercial
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with minimum 10 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Construction industry.
