Infra Procurment

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, highly proactive Procurement Specialist to support a fast-paced procurement team responsible for hardware, services, and contracts.

The Procurement Specialist will initially focus on Hardware/infrastructure experience . The role will expand to include services and contract-related procurement.

This position requires more than someone who can simply follow instructions. The successful candidate must be intuitive, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of independently identifying issues, determining next steps, and keeping orders moving without requiring constant supervision.

Key requirements:

• Prior hands-on experience in procurement, purchasing, purchase-order administration, or a closely related role is required.
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Experience reviewing and reconciling quotes, purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Strong understanding of the details required to accurately match orders, documentation, and invoices.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage numerous orders and follow-up items without allowing tasks to be overlooked.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment without constant oversight.
• Proven ability to take initiative, independently determine next steps, and keep work moving.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with fluctuating order volumes.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confidence engaging with internal teams, business requestors, and external suppliers.
• Ability to learn new procurement systems, tools, and processes quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Procurement experience involving hardware such as fiber cables, network switches, or similar equipment.
• Experience supporting both hardware and services or contract procurement.
• Experience working with serial-number tracking and hardware receipt documentation.
• Experience working with global or geographically distributed teams.
• Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools or AI-enabled procurement processes.
• Experience supporting the rollout or implementation of new procurement technology
