Job Summary

Flexo Manufacturing Corporation is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, network, and security systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting network and system issues, managing hardware and software assets, providing technical support to end-users, and ensuring the stability, reliability, and security of IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Network & Security Management

• Assist in the administration and maintenance of network and security systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network, hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders regarding network and security concerns.
• Support the deployment, installation, and pull-out of IT equipment.
• Generate reports and technical documentation as required.

Hardware & Software Management

• Manage and maintain company IT assets, including hardware and software.
• Configure and deploy computers, operating systems, and business applications.
• Coordinate system modifications and IT requirements with various departments.
• Ensure proper asset inventory and lifecycle management.

IT Support

• Provide technical support to employees through phone, email, messaging platforms, remote access, and onsite assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve end-user hardware, software, and network concerns.
• Process user access requests and maintain IT-related documentation.
• Collaborate with the IT team to resolve daily operational issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, System Administration, or a related role.
• Knowledge of network and security systems administration.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to provide onsite technical support when needed.
