Infrastructure Support

• Tier 2 Support: Provide advances technical support and troubleshooting for endusers on a variety of IT issues, including: 1.1.1.

  • Desktop/Laptop support (hardware and software)
  • Network connectivity issues (Ei-Fi, VPN, LAN)
  • Server administration and maintenance 1.1.4. Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Telecommunications (VoIP, PBX)
  • Audio-visual equipment

• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents promptly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.

• System Administration: Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, including:

  • Active Directory
  • Exchange Server
  • File servers
  • Databases
  • Virtualization platforms

• Project Support: Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.

Cybersecurity

• Security Monitoring: Monitor security logs and alerts for suspicious activity.
• Threat Response: Investigate and respond to security incidents, such as malware infections, phishing attacks, and data breaches.
• Vulnerability Management: Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in systems and applications.
• Security Awareness: Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees through training and education.
• Incident Response and Planning: Assist in the development and maintenance of incident response plans.
