🚀 We’re Hiring | Infrastructure & Identity Security Engineer

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Systems and Identity Engineering team , working in a large-scale, mission-critical technological environment with national impact.

🔧 The Challenge

You will be part of a team responsible for managing and evolving complex Microsoft-based infrastructures, ensuring security, availability, and operational excellence across hybrid and enterprise environments.

📍 Initial phase onsite at Taguspark, hybrid model after integration.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate Domain Controllers, physical and virtual servers, SharePoint platforms, and collaboration systems;
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support via ITSM / SMAX;
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers;
• Administer and maintain hybrid infrastructures;
• Implement technical changes and improvements;
• Produce technical documentation and operational reports;
• Support critical national-level entities and services.

🧠 What we’re looking for

• Minimum 12th grade or equivalent technical/professional qualification;
• Mandatory experience in infrastructure hardening and security best practices , particularly across Windows Server, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience (4+ years) in enterprise environments, including: Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Hybrid environments (On-Prem + O365), Microsoft Intune, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, Microsoft FIM / MIM;
• Solid technical knowledge of: Windows Server, Azure AD, SAN, Routing & Switching, Ethernet, VLAN, VPN, IPSec, SNMP, QoSm, TCP/IP, IPv4 and IPv6;
• Microsoft certifications (Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Intune, SCCM) are a strong plus.
