Infrastructure & Platform Technical Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Platform Manager to take a senior technical and operational leadership role within a complex, regulated technology environment. You’ll lead infrastructure engineering and operations across cloud-native and Microsoft environments, with responsibility for ensuring platforms are secure, resilient, compliant and capable of supporting demanding business services.

This is a hands-on leadership position combining technical strategy, engineering leadership, cybersecurity, DevSecOps and platform reliability. You’ll work across multiple technical domains, lead engineering teams and help shape how infrastructure is automated, secured and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure engineering and operations across cloud and Microsoft environments
• Drive security, compliance and governance across infrastructure services
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical teams
• Ensure high levels of availability, reliability, performance and scalability
• Drive DevSecOps, automation and CI/CD practices
• Develop and improve infrastructure and security workflows
• Work across IAM, modern authentication and cybersecurity initiatives

Technical Experience

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure, with strong experience across cloud, cybersecurity and Microsoft technologies
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, SQL Server, Dynamics and SharePoint
• 5+ years leading technical teams or complex engineering projects
• Experience across IAM, security frameworks and modern authentication
• Experience in applying DevSecOps, automation and CI/CD in regulated environments
• Strong hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, Ansible and Terraform

Certifications

Candidates should hold:

• Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate OR Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

Equivalent certifications may be considered, subject to contract requirements.
