We are looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer (Ansible for AI) who wants to learn and transform his/her career.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Automation, DevOps, or related roles.

• Advanced to Fluent English.

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible Core/Open Source Ansible, including Playbooks, Roles, Inventories, Templates, and Modules.

• Experience administering and supporting Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).

• Experience administering and supporting Windows Server environments.

• Experience working with VMware vSphere/vCenter environments.

• Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting.

• Experience with Git-based source control systems.

• Strong knowledge of infrastructure administration, operating systems, networking, and security fundamentals.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.

• Experience working in Agile environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

• Experience with Event-Driven Ansible (EDA).

• Experience automating VMware administration using Ansible, PowerCLI, or APIs.

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations.

• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation integrations.

• Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or Podman.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or Azure DevOps.

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, LogicMonitor, Grafana, or similar.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Amazon Q, or similar.

• Relevant Red Hat, VMware, Microsoft, Linux, or Automation certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise automation solutions using Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and related technologies.

• Design and support automation workflows for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, patching, compliance validation, and operational activities.

• Develop and support Event-Driven Ansible (EDA) solutions.

• Automate operational processes across VMware, Windows Server, and RHEL environments.

• Integrate automation solutions with ServiceNow, APIs, monitoring platforms, CMDBs, and infrastructure management systems.

• Develop reusable automation frameworks, playbooks, roles, and standards.

• Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools to improve automation development and code quality.

• Support CI/CD pipelines using Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and testing frameworks.

• Troubleshoot automation failures and work with infrastructure teams to resolve issues.

• Participate in automation platform maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and knowledge articles.

• Ensure automation solutions comply with cybersecurity, audit, and corporate standards.

• Participate in incident response, problem management, and continuous improvement activities.

• Research and implement new automation and AI technologies.

Preferred Certifications:

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA).

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Ansible Automation.

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator.

• HashiCorp Terraform Associate.

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

• Kubernetes Certifications (CKA / CKAD).
