Infrastructure - Civil 3D BIM modeller

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Civil 3D BIM Modeller with at least 4 years of hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and a solid understanding of BIM workflows. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing accurate civil infrastructure models, producing technical documentation, and coordinating design information across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed 3D civil models using Autodesk Civil 3D and REVIT.
• Prepare grading plans, alignments, profiles, corridors, assemblies, surfaces,review and develop dry/wet utilities and earthwork models.
• Produce accurate construction drawings, sections, cross-sections, profiles, and quantity take-offs.
• Work with survey data, point clouds, topographic surveys, and existing site information.
• Coordinate civil models with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Apply BIM standards, naming conventions, model management procedures, and quality-control protocols.
• Identify design clashes, modelling discrepancies, and constructability issues.
• Support model reviews, technical coordination meetings, and project deliverables.
• Maintain model accuracy, drawing consistency, and compliance with project specifications.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Civil 3D modelling and civil engineering documentation.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Sound understanding of BIM principles, workflows, model coordination, and information management.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil infrastructure design, grading, drainage, road geometry, and earthworks.
• Experience developing surfaces, corridors, profiles, pipe networks, and construction documentation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, survey information, design specifications, and technical standards.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary coordination and BIM quality assurance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

An appetite for learning and evolving is the key requirement, against this position.
