Job Summary:

Brightspeed is seeking experienced Infrastructure Design Technicians to support ongoing telecommunications network implementation, engineering, and construction activities. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with TIRKS, network topology, inventory circuit design, and TIRKS data entry.

This role supports ongoing research and network-related work rather than a single project. Candidates should be detail-oriented, collaborative, coachable, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIRKS data entry and maintain accurate telecommunications network records.
• Support inventory circuit design and network topology-related activities.
• Review and update circuit inventory information using TIRKS.
• Assist with network implementation and engineering support activities.
• Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to support ongoing workload requirements.
• Maintain accurate data and follow established processes and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on TIRKS experience.
• Experience in telecommunications inventory circuit design.
• Experience with network topology.
• Hands-on TIRKS data entry experience.
• Telecommunications industry experience is required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and accept coaching.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OmniView experience.
• Network planning experience.
