Job Description

Al Ghafoor Group is looking for an experienced and responsible Infrastructure Development Supervisor to oversee civil works and infrastructure development activities at our society projects in Karachi.

The ideal candidate must have practical on-site experience in civil construction, infrastructure development, contractor coordination, and supervision of ongoing development works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily infrastructure development and civil construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor road construction, sewerage, drainage, and other related infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and site staff to ensure smooth execution of work.
• Monitor construction quality and ensure work follows approved plans and required standards.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction guidelines.
• Track project progress and help ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with management to resolve them.
• Prepare and share regular progress reports with management.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in civil works and infrastructure development.
• Practical knowledge of road construction, sewerage, drainage, and related civil works.
• Strong site supervision and team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage labour and coordinate with contractors.
• Understanding of construction quality standards and site safety practices.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at Gulshan-e-Maymar and Surjani project locations in Karachi.
