A rare opportunity has come up for a Construction Senior Associate to join one of Brisbane’s leading national firms and work alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the construction space.

The team acts on major resources, renewables, transport and social infrastructure projects, with Partners who are consistently recognised by Doyle’s Guide, Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Best Lawyers Australia.

The work is sophisticated, varied and high-value, with exposure to:

• Domestic and international arbitration
• Supreme, Federal and High Court litigation
• Security of Payment disputes
• Construction contract claims
• Strategic project advisory
• Contract risk management

This is a genuine opportunity to take on significant responsibility, work directly with clients and develop your practice alongside market-leading construction lawyers.

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you’ll have 5+ years’ PAE with experience across construction disputes, project disputes or broader commercial litigation.

A strong disputes lawyer looking to specialise further in construction will also be considered.

You’ll enjoy getting stuck into complex issues, building client relationships and working collaboratively on high-value matters.
