What You'll do:

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure platforms to support business and application needs.

• Translate high-level architecture into detailed technical designs and implementations.

• Resolve escalated incidents and support requests from first and second-line teams.

• Collaborate with development and business teams to ensure infrastructure alignment with application requirements.

• Participate in infrastructure-related projects, from planning to execution.

• Maintain accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational continuity.

• Provide technical input in customer and supplier meetings, both remotely and on site.

• Support out-of-hours service requests as part of an on-call rotation.

• Mentor colleagues and contribute to team knowledge and process improvements.

What You Are:

**- **5+ years of experience as system administrator/infrastructure engineer

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance.

• Microsoft Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure;

• Virtualization technologies: VMware and/or Hyper-V;

• System and application monitoring, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management;

• Familiarity with: Infrastructure and network security principles; CIS and NIST security frameworks, ITIL practices (certification is a plus);

• Linux experience is a plus;

• Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a strong advantage;
