Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide onsite IT infrastructure and desktop support for employees, contractors, and business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong experience supporting enterprise IT environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and infrastructure support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral device issues.
• Perform workstation deployments, upgrades, replacements, and lifecycle management activities.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning.
• Manage IT asset inventory, tracking, storage, and audit activities.
• Coordinate warranty repairs, vendor support, and hardware break/fix services.
• Support conference rooms, collaboration tools, printers, and audio/video equipment.
• Troubleshoot wired, wireless, VPN, and remote connectivity issues.
• Manage incidents, requests, and tasks through ServiceNow.
• Assist with major incidents, site outages, and business continuity activities.
• Support local servers, network infrastructure, and manufacturing/engineering systems as needed.
• Perform software deployments, operating system patching, and cybersecurity compliance activities.
• Collaborate with centralized IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and inventory records.
• Participate in after-hours and site-critical support when required.

Required Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop and infrastructure support in an enterprise environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, endpoint support tools, and device management platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity and basic infrastructure issues.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
• Ability to lift and install computer equipment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally if required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or field operations environments.
• Experience with ServiceNow incident and request management.
• Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and inventory controls.
• Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity controls, endpoint protection, and compliance standards.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or equivalent.
