Infrastructure Engineer

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support Open

Tool platform environments utilized for telecom network testing, validation, performance

monitoring, and analytics. In this role, you will manage physical and virtual infrastructure,

servers, storage, enterprise networking, and test lab environments supporting LTE, 5G

(NSA/SA), VoLTE, IMS, and Open RAN validation activities. You will be responsible for

ensuring platform availability, high scalability, security, and operational readiness across

all environments.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Operations: Deploy, configure, and maintain server, storage, and networking

hardware supporting ANT and Open Tool platforms across bare-metal, virtualized, and

cloud setups.

Telecom Test Lab Support: Build, configure, and maintain network testbeds for LTE, 5G

NSA/SA, VoWiFi, VoLTE, and IMS validation. Maintain test devices, probes, switches, and

firewalls.

Server & Virtualization Administration: Administer enterprise Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu,

CentOS) and Windows Servers. Manage VMware vSphere/ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization

clusters.

Network Administration: Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing,

switching, site-to-site VPNs, and firewall security policies.

Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure: Provision, optimize, and secure cloud infrastructure across

AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Storage & Continuity: Manage SAN/NAS storage arrays, performance monitoring, and

disaster recovery/backup policies.

Monitoring & Incident Management: Implement monitoring and alerting frameworks

(Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, ELK); conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) to drive

fast incident resolution.

Candidate Profile & Technical Skills

Operating Systems: Advanced Linux administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows

Server.

Virtualization: Hands-on expertise in VMware ESXi / vSphere and Hyper-V.

Networking: Strong foundation in TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPN setup.

Cloud & Storage: Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; SAN/NAS storage and enterprise

backup tools.

Monitoring: Hands-on with Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Nagios, or ELK Stack.

Automation (Good to have): Shell scripting, Python, Ansible, or Terraform.

Education: Bachelor’s or master's degree in computer science, IT, Telecommunications,

Electronics, or related field.
