Infrastructure Engineer

We are sourcing an Infrastructure Reliability Engineer to work at our client's location in Durham, NC.

Shift: Tue-Sat or Sun-Thur, 12:30 PM-9:30 PM ET.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring:

• 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on server and infrastructure operations.
• Strong Windows Administration experience is required.
• Role is approximately 80% Windows Administration / 20% Observability .
• Strong experience troubleshooting Windows OS, hardware, server, and performance issues .
• Experience with VMware and/or Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM) .
• Experience with patching, security compliance, incident management, and change execution.
• Experience supporting enterprise server and storage infrastructure.
• Knowledge of SAN/NAS/CAS storage is a plus.
• Strong experience with automation, scripting, monitoring, and observability .
• Experience supporting critical production environments and participating in incident calls.
• Understanding of DevOps/EngOps and IT Service Management practices.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Linux experience is a plus but not required .
• Candidates must be able to work the required evening/weekend shift schedule.
