Infrastructure Engineer

You will be responsible for the deployment of solutions and services. This includes working closely with the team to deliver winning solutions. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The scope of work that is expected of you are as mentioned below:

· Articulate and translate conceptual requirements to design and proposal documents.

· Conceptualize and create presentations for technical and management personnel.

· Assist Sales Personnel on Pre-Sale activities and also the engineering team on Post-Sale deployment.

· Design and implementation of enterprise Local Area Network and Wide Area Network.

· Network Security Assessment and implementation of security appliances.

· Directly involve with the customer to study and analyse existing Network and suggest improvements and performance enhancements.

· Design and Deployment of enterprise/corporate/campus network infrastructure.

· Act as Project Manager for the small-scale project

· Interact with customer’s network team members to study and analyse requirements and suggest the best possible solution, based on their budget and requirements.

· Develop a Technical Project Proposal with a complete description of the technology and products and highlight the advantages of the proposed solution.

· Reports directly to Division or Team Manager / Technical Director.

Entry Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in IT Engineering / Network / Telecommunication /Computer Science/ Related Field
• CCNA / HNCA or equivalent certification is a must or CCNP is an added advantage
• Solid fundamental & understanding of OSI or TCP/IP
• 2 - 3 Years’ hands-on experience in ICT System Integrator (S.I) background especially in a network switch, router, firewall, data centre, backup & disaster recovery solution, server, wireless, and network cabling.
• Able to work after working hours if required and rotational standby 24x7
• Able to communicate verbal & written in English & Bahasa
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Possess own transportation and are willing to travel to customer sites nationwide
• Keen to learn & explore new technologies
• Strong sense of urgency, time management and ability to work under pressure
