Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain reliable IT infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Configure and maintain servers, storage systems, network services, and virtual machines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system performance issues.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability solutions.
• Automate routine infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Implement patch management, system upgrades, vulnerability remediation, and configuration management.
• Support infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and technology modernization projects.
• Maintain technical documentation, infrastructure diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with security, network, cloud, DevOps, and application teams.
• Participate in incident management, root-cause analysis, and on-call support when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure in production environments.
• Knowledge of high availability, load balancing, and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and infrastructure automation.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, Azure, VMware, CompTIA Network+, or Linux certifications are an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
• Hands-on experience managing servers and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
