Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 (100% in person for the 3 months)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: $45.00 to $57.00 per hour

Business Travel: 20% to 25% travel

About the Role

We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain a secure, reliable, and high-performing IT environment. In this hands-on role, you'll manage network infrastructure, servers, user access, and warehouse technology while providing technical support and driving continuous improvements across IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain network infrastructure, servers, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues through hands-on and remote support.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.
• Support backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades.
• Maintain warehouse IT infrastructure, including Zebra scanners, label printers, and WMS connectivity.
• Document IT systems, network configurations, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to improve system performance and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
• Experience with Windows servers, networking, and access management.
• Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and multitasking skills.
