Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and Linux to design, develop, and operate our private cloud core infrastructure. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace a "Get Things Done" mindset, this is your opportunity.

What You'll Do

Operations

• Cluster/node provisioning and OS/middleware updates
• Alert/incident handling (24/7 on-call, ~1 day/week rotation)
• Security compliance and midnight releases/monitoring
• Operation manual creation and risk analysis

Development

• Design/proposal documents (diagrams, pros/cons comparisons)
• Cluster/node auto-provisioning and self-service upgrades
• Self-healing engineering

User Support & Migration

• Handle special cases beyond user support group scope
• Support migration from legacy platform to new private cloud

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) — must obtain within 3 months if not held
• Experience designing/developing web services with statically typed languages (Go, Java, C++)
• 5+ years operation experience in a large company
• Experience as a Tech Lead and leading projects
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes/container/Linux provisioning and troubleshooting
• Basic knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, distributed systems, HA
• Experience with large-scale system operation (100+ servers)
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow strict documentation/approval processes

Nice-to-Have

• OSS contributor / open source participation
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS, Engineering, or related
• Experience automating large-scale system operations
• Experience developing mid-to-large scale applications
• Experience with multiple monitoring tools (Prometheus, Cortex, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, Elasticsearch, Kibana)
• Private/public cloud experience
