Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Infrastructure Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who want to develop a strong foundation in servers, operating systems, networking and enterprise IT environments.

You will work with experienced engineers to maintain reliable, secure and efficient infrastructure systems while gaining hands-on technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, configuration and maintenance of servers and IT infrastructure components.

Support Windows and Linux operating systems, including routine administration and troubleshooting.

Monitor system performance, investigate technical issues and assist with incident resolution.

Support infrastructure patching, upgrades, backup and recovery activities.

Assist with virtualisation, network connectivity and system availability.

Maintain infrastructure documentation, configuration records and operational procedures.

Work with technical teams to support deployments, system improvements and project requirements.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of Windows or Linux operating systems, networking and server fundamentals.

Familiarity with virtualisation technologies, cloud platforms or scripting is an advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Willingness to learn, follow technical procedures and work collaboratively with the team.
