Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced L3 Infrastructure Engineer with strong hands-on experience in **AWS,  Azure, VMware,**Cloud, Server, End User Computing (EUC), and Network Infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, L3 escalation support, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and infrastructure project support in an enterprise environment.

Important Note

Candidates should have strong hands-on L3 troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA experience. Preference should be given to candidates with expertise across multiple infrastructure domains, particularly Cloud/Server, EUC, and Network.

Candidates must be comfortable handling critical escalations and supporting enterprise infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support across cloud, server, EUC, and network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex server, storage, virtualization, backup, and disaster recovery issues.
• Support AWS, Azure, OCI, VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, Windows, and Linux environments.
• Handle server patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and performance tuning.
• Support cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and technology implementation projects.
• Provide L3 support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune/SCCM, VPN, and endpoint devices.
• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Entra ID, Entra Domain Services, and Group Policy issues.
• Troubleshoot routing, switching, firewall, WLAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, and network performance issues.
• Support Zero Trust and Microsoft Entra Private Access solutions.
• Handle critical P1/P2 incidents, escalations, and major incident resolution.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and application/technology teams for complex issues.
• Execute approved infrastructure changes, maintenance activities, and upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure security policies and defined SLAs.
• Participate in 24x7/on-call support and planned maintenance activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience in L3 support and advanced troubleshooting.
• Experience in at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or OCI.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers and virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including routing, switching, firewall, VPN, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience handling critical incidents, L3 escalations, and RCA.
• Knowledge of infrastructure patching, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and backup/DR.
• Experience supporting infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and enterprise projects.
• Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts or provide on-call support, as required.

Good to Have

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM.
• Experience with storage, backup solutions, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of load balancers, WLAN, and network security.
• Experience with Zero Trust and Microsoft Entra Private Access.
• Exposure to cloud migration and Active Directory consolidation projects.
• Experience coordinating with OEM/TAC teams.
• Relevant cloud, server, virtualization, or networking certifications.
• Experience working in large enterprise infrastructure environments.
