Infrastructure Estimator

We are looking for a highly experienced and qualified Infrastructure Estimator to join our team at Technical Architect General Contracting Co. LLC in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure and civil construction estimation, with strong knowledge of Oil & Gas and ADNOC projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for independently managing the complete estimation and tendering process, including preparing detailed cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, technical and commercial proposals, and competitive tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure, civil construction, and Oil & Gas projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and comprehensive cost breakdowns.
• Estimate roads, drainage, sewerage, water supply networks, underground utilities, and associated infrastructure works.
• Prepare cost estimates for ADNOC and Oil & Gas projects, including industrial civil works, equipment foundations, pipe racks, trenches, and access roads.
• Review ADNOC specifications, technical requirements, and project standards.
• Prepare competitive technical and commercial tender submissions.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed material, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor cost analyses.
• Identify potential project risks, cost implications, and value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, planning, and project management teams.
• Attend site visits, tender clarification meetings, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE construction market rates and material pricing.
• Independently manage multiple tenders and ensure timely submission.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in infrastructure estimation and tendering.
• Strong experience in infrastructure and civil construction projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas and ADNOC projects.
• Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
• Experience in roads, drainage, sewerage, pipelines, and underground utility networks.
• Familiarity with ADNOC specifications and project requirements.
• Previous experience working with UAE main contracting companies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong technical, analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently prepare and finalize tender submissions.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience in ADNOC projects, including Habshan, Asab, Ruwais, and other Abu Dhabi Oil & Gas facilities, will be given preference.
