Infrastructure Helpdesk Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide helpdesk support, technical services to internal users
• Perform hardware and software setup, installation, upgrade and troubleshooting on systems
• Provide Tier 1 to Tier 2 support service
• Provide onsite support to users if required

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• 1-2 years on systems, applications, and end user support with IT Helpdesk environment
• Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365 applications, desktop hardware and software
• Knowledge or experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
• Demonstrated good customer service, helpdesk support is an advantage
• Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
