Infrastructure Manager (Cloud & Hybrid)

We are looking for an Infrastructure Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our hybrid-cloud ecosystem across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and enterprise data centers.

In this role, you will bridge technical strategy, engineering leadership, vendor governance, and operational excellence—ensuring our FinTech systems maintain 99.9%+ availability while mentoring a high-performing team of DevOps engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Team Growth: Lead, mentor, and build our DevOps and Infrastructure engineering team. Set engineering standards, performance KPIs, and career progression frameworks.
• Hybrid Cloud Architecture: Design, deploy, and scale resilient, secure hybrid-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Alibaba Cloud, and enterprise data centers.
• Incident, DR & Continuity Leadership: Direct major incident response protocols, drive root-cause analysis (RCA), and lead Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to meet strict FinTech standards.
• DevOps & Automation Standards: Govern Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), containerization (Kubernetes/Docker), and automated CI/CD pipeline strategies across all software release flows.
• AIOps & Enterprise Observability: Oversee centralized logging and monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK) and implement AI-assisted tooling for predictive log analysis and deployment validation.
• FinOps & Vendor Management: Drive cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs across cloud and data center partners.
• Security & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DevSecOps, access governance (IAM), and ensure systems comply with financial regulatory security frameworks (e.g., BNM RMiT, PCI-DSS, ISO27001).

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 6+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership, team lead, or management role.
• Hybrid Cloud Mastery: Solid experience with AWS and/or Alibaba Cloud, alongside a strong understanding of enterprise data center environments (virtualization, networking, firewalls, storage).
• Modern Tech Ecosystem: Strong technical understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Observability & ITIL Governance: Practical experience with enterprise monitoring systems, incident command, ITIL alignment, and FinOps practices.
• FinTech Mindset: Excellent communication, structured problem-solving, and a sound approach to system resiliency and compliance.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in FinTech, payment gateways, or highly regulated banking environments.
• Hands-on familiarity with BNM RMiT or local regulatory IT compliance.
• Cloud or DevOps certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Alibaba Cloud ACP/MVP, CKA).
