Infrastructure Manager

Department: Information and Communication Technology (ICT)

Reports to: ICT Director

About the Role

Join Al Salama Hospital’s ICT team to oversee and maintain our ICT infrastructure, servers and network systems. You will keep them secure, reliable and available, and support business continuity in line with MOH and JCI/CBAHI standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage servers, network operations and ICT infrastructure performance.
• Enforce security controls and lead vulnerability management and patching.
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Manage vendors, contracts and the ICT asset lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and develop the infrastructure team.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent (Master’s or certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, VMware, ITIL or CISSP are a plus).
• Experience: 7+ years in IT infrastructure, network management and systems administration, including 3+ years in a supervisory role (healthcare experience with CBAHI/JCI/MOH exposure is a plus).
