Infrastructure Manager - Network

Role Summary

Lead the organization's network infrastructure strategy, planning and delivery to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable IT/OT network services that support business operations, venue development projects, and future technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ICT infrastructure projects from planning through implementation.
• Drive network and infrastructure strategy aligned with business and operational goals.
• Oversee infrastructure design for both operational and new development environments.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, resilience, and supportability of network services.
• Manage enterprise network platforms including routers, switches, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Implement infrastructure security controls and manage technology risks with cybersecurity teams.
• Participate in architecture governance and design review boards.
• Lead procurement activities including RFQs, tenders, vendor evaluation, and contract management

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
• 10+ years of network/infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Professional network certification such as CCNP/CCIE or HCIP/HCIE.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking: LAN/WAN, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi, SDN, VoIP, IP Routing.
• Experience managing cloud network infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud preferred).
• Strong project, stakeholder, and vendor management experience.
• Knowledge of IT/OT network environments and operational technology integration.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications will be a plus
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese

Salary:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
