Work Setup: Hybrid – 5 days onsite per month
Shift: Graveyard Shift | Quarterly Rotational Shifts
Salary: PHP 80,000–175,000 Basic Salary + PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance

Job Description

We are looking for experienced I O Engineering Consultants and Sr I O Engineering Analysts to join our team and support enterprise endpoint management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure operations.

The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience with Tanium, Windows patching, endpoint management, and vulnerability management, with experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise endpoint patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Administer and utilize Tanium, particularly the Patch module; experience with Deploy, Asset, and Threat Response is highly valued.
• Perform Windows Administration and Desktop Engineering activities.
• Execute end-to-end OS and application patch deployment.
• Troubleshoot patch failures, deployment errors, endpoint communication issues, and OS/application problems.
• Work with endpoint management and patching tools such as SCCM/MECM, WSUS, PDQ, BigFix, HPSA/MFSA, and Intune.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation using Tanium Comply or comparable solutions.
• Support Active Directory administration, including accounts, passwords, and group memberships.
• Develop scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to support automation and integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues involving operating systems, networks, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Support endpoint security and ensure compliance with applicable security standards.
• Manage and resolve incidents through ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms.
• Provide technical analysis and effective resolution of endpoint and infrastructure issues.

Qualifications

• I O Engineering Consultant: At least 3 years of relevant experience, with 7–10 years of patching experience highly preferred.
• Sr I O Engineering Analyst: At least 3 years of experience with patching tools and preferably 2+ years of Tanium experience.
• Strong experience with Tanium, particularly Tanium Patch.
• Experience with Windows patching and WSUS.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM or other enterprise patching tools.
• Experience in Desktop Engineering and Windows Administration.
• Experience with endpoint patch management and vulnerability remediation.
• Knowledge of endpoint security and vulnerability management best practices.
• Experience with Active Directory and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation; Bash/Python is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift and participate in quarterly rotational shifts.
• Willing to report onsite 5 days per month.

Compensation

• PHP 80,000–175,000 Basic Salary, depending on experience and position
• PHP 3,600 OGA Allowance
