Infrastructure Project Delivery Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Delivery Technician to support on-site project execution and delivery for data center and infrastructure projects in Sunnyvale. This role focuses on construction progress tracking, vendor coordination, issue follow-up, and delivery documentation.

The ideal candidate has experience following construction or engineering projects on-site, can coordinate multiple vendors, and is comfortable communicating in English in a cross-functional working environment. Data center experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant building, electrical, mechanical, or infrastructure project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Track on-site construction, installation, and project delivery progress to ensure tasks are completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to follow up on assigned tasks, milestones, and outstanding issues.
• Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays and execution risks, and communicate concerns to relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on site issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.
• Support project schedule updates, progress reporting, meeting coordination, and task tracking.
• Assist with the collection and organization of project documents, installation records, delivery materials, and handover documentation.
• Coordinate with operations teams during project completion and operational handover.
• Support daily on-site activities and ensure work follows project requirements, site procedures, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site construction, engineering project coordination, infrastructure delivery, or a related field.
• Data center construction or operations experience is preferred; candidates with building construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or other infrastructure project experience are also welcome.
• Experience tracking construction progress, coordinating vendors or contractors, and following up on project milestones and site issues.
• Ability to identify schedule risks, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive issues to resolution.
• Good spoken and written English skills for daily communication, progress reporting, and documentation.
• Basic understanding of construction workflows, installation activities, project milestones, and dependencies between tasks.
• Strong organizational, communication, coordination, and execution skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Sunnyvale, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center construction, infrastructure deployment, or facility engineering projects.
• Background in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, HVAC, networking, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience managing vendors, contractors, or subcontractors on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with multicultural teams.

Work Environment

• On-site position in Sunnyvale, CA.
• Requires regular coordination with vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• May require movement around active construction sites and compliance with site safety requirements.

Pay: From $3,850.00 per month
