Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

Lead the advancement of IT Infrastructure and IT Security projects critical to driving the organization toward Digital Transformation. Manage projects from initiation to completion, fostering collaboration between teams, management, and partners to deliver secure, efficient solutions that meet organizational business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, control, and manage IT Infrastructure projects from initiation through delivery, defining Scope, Timeline, Budget, and Resources
• Develop Project Charter, Project Schedule, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Risk Register, and related project execution plans
• Coordinate with business units, Infrastructure, Security, Application teams, Vendors, and management to ensure shared understanding and goal achievement
• Monitor project status, analyze problems and obstacles, assess risks, and provide corrective actions and regular project status reports
• Control project expenditures within approved budget and track and report budget throughout the project lifecycle
• Analyze risk impacts, develop prevention and mitigation plans, and track actions until issues are resolved
• Coordinate, monitor, and control Vendor deliverables to ensure compliance with defined scope and SLA
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and quality of solutions before production deployment
• Drive Infrastructure Modernization and Technology Transformation projects to enhance system efficiency and security
• Prepare and present progress reports, project status, key issues, risks, and recommendations to management for decision-making

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing IT Infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of Microsoft Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Cloud
• Strong Project Management, Stakeholder Management, and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Network and Security
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Preferred certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL
